HISTORY OF THE OFFICE
The law office was founded in 2006. Since its establishment, it has been successfully representing domestic and foreign legal and natural persons both domestically and abroad. Our office has made a significant contribution to solving important property law issues, especially for the territory of Kosovo and Metohija. Namely, from its establishment until its termination of operations, we were also engaged as associates of the UNHCR and EU office for property registration and return in Kosovo and Metohija. We have great experience and a large number of clients from the field of construction, as well as other economic activities. Many investors and construction companies, with our expert legal assistance, have more safely brought the construction of many residential and other construction facilities to completion, but also received adequate protection from other unscrupulous contractors or malicious cooperators.
ATTORNEY BRANKO ARMENKO
Born in 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, in 2003, and obtained a master’s degree at the United Nations University for Peace, majoring in EU Law and International Business Law. He completed his internship at the Second Municipal Court in Belgrade in the land registry departments, civil litigation, non-litigation, and criminal departments, after which he passed the bar exam and was admitted to the Belgrade Bar Association, of which he has been a member since 2006. In 2007, he passed the specialization for representing minors in criminal proceedings. He is the author of numerous professional texts. He speaks English fluently.
